I'm intrigued what actually is it? The arrow you tie line to?

It is - it has rubber flights and a tip which prevent the arrow from coming out again - it's also more robust than a normal arrow as it's intended to be fired into water and may end up striking the bottom [rocks etc] if you'd like some pics PM me your email address
