Hi, I just read the book "Plant Spirit Medicine" from Eliot Cowan. He talks about his incredible experiences with healing people with the help of plant spirits. It's really nice to get another view from the normal western one and understand that everything has a soul and a spirit which you can communicate with. And that they mostly want to help you.
He talks with a lot of shamans and they got many interesting things to say.
I heartily recommend this book.
