I've recently discovered this site so thought I'd just say 'Salut' from snowy northern France.
As a long time carp angler & hiker I've always been into the outdoors & camping, but only recently have I thought about the overlap with the fishing and Bushcraft. So much of the kit, clothing etc. I take fishing and hiking is listed in the Bushcrafters "must have's".
A friend of mine once said he slept better in a hammock than in a classic carp anglers bedchair, so I thought for the coming year I'd give a hammock a go. We shall see.
