I remember this popping up on BB some time back. Not used it but thought it looked pretty dodgy.

just watched 2 youtube vid's on the knife,and it seems to do the job,But it does a better job in the kitchen I think.
I think the blade depth is abit to narrow to be a truly effective ulu cutter though.
