I think that all boils down to what you would feel happy paying, I have no idea how much such a knife would cost from BB, I am sure there would be a bit of a wait though...

It's all very personal, if that knife cost you say £175 when the bidding was through, would you feel happy? :)

If you can afford it and like the look of it - go for it. I wouldn't, I already have a nice bushie knife but find more and more I go back to the Mora.

I have one of Rogers knives and it really is top kit.

It looks a fair price if it stays like that. Keep an eye on it and as long as the price doesnt go stupid then go for it - you wont regret it.

Thanks for the balanced responses. I do have some money to spend so I'll watch it just now and make up my mind as the auction goes on.

I do quite fancy a bison knife...

Speak with Roger, I have handled a few of his knives and they are top quality. I have also made sheaths for some of his knives as well.

The sheaths are made from Oak Bark Tanned leather and hand stitched using linen thread, that particular sheath Roger will have made himself and he does put a lot into making them as I can attest that Oak Bark Tanned is an absolute swine to work with nice for the owner not the maker.

They are very nice, and well made. Are you left handed though, if not you may need to think of a new sheath which will add to the price.

Don't let the sheath put you off. If you like the knife enough buy it, someone on here would make you a new sheath for a reasonable price.
