Hi Dunk try the Half Moon near Heath common,Sekker woods near Newmillerdam, most of the path of the river Calder,Bullcliffe wood,the path of the Dearne from Bretton to Darton,actually living in Wakey you are more or less spoiled for choice as long as you are very discreet another favourite is Coxley valley. Bishop wood, just outside of Sherburn in Elmet (ok I know this is classed North Yorkshire but it just over the border, a 10 minute drive from J32 of the M62). Nice ancient woodlands.
