Well i have been out and about latley enjoying this nice weather we had.

Was up the great glen last saturday

Got home in time for abit hill walking with the wife Sunday afternoon, the SS Sir Walter Scott from the top of Ben A'an

Loch Katrine

This weekend i had a wee paddle as well

I have been reading a cloud book lately and noticed that the clouds were staying in the same place and doing the flying saucer thing i think is called a lenticular, the one in the middle of the shot was very promentant until these others ran into it

Pretty much all day i noticed this big hole in the clouds in the same place, consulted with the cloud book when i got home and apprently it is warm air falling back down to the ground (picture is crap again)

Then i seen some other clouds being pushed by the wind that were rather interesting

I am just a beginer in the old cloud watching any hints tips or critism of my observations are much apprecaited


Some other friends joined the floatila

To top it off, i caught a mattress

and got a sheep tick

seems like a good day out, any pike caught ? fairly big tick judgeing by the hole in your side

Fishing has taken a back seat, i have been concentrating on the canoeing to be honest. I was just having a cast whilst i waited on the ghillie kettle boiling.

Do have the pike fevor though so i need to get back into it, fancy a day out?
