Cheers Tony, took about 90 minutes i suppose, cut the blank out from a flat board with a coping saw, then used my Twca cam and Ben Orford shallow spoon knife on the bowl and a Mora basic Wood Carving knife for the general whittling, should add the wood is dead dry and not green, so fairly testing on the hands at times.

Cheers ears, my hands are getting stronger by the day after my illness, wasn't that long ago i couldn't even pick up a toothbrush let alone carve anything, in fact my hands looked severely arthritic, my left still does to a degree, but i've not got arthritis.
