Mine fits in a black bin bag, so I was going to make a stuff sack based on that size. And then add some compression straps.

Do you think that is ok or too big? (it a new toy only been out once)

About the same width as a binbag but only 2/3rds the height will do it. Put a drawstring in the top and you're done

I seem to recall somebody using an old 58 pattern large pack to store their parachute in.
