Barbour Beaufort

The temperature is 93 degrees F.
My jackets are sitting on the table on the deck and they are almost too hot to pick up.
They have zero smell. I hear people do not wear them because the smell is offensive.
I did not wear the coat often when I first purchased it, now I would not pass up a barn coat that could be waxed. It's time to get the smell out!

I like the waxed stuff, i keep a stockman by Barbour, & a shortie by drizabone in the van.

Hi, its not a brand that i know, but there are a lot of small makers or retailers of such garments that have stands at the summer game fairs.

I wear so much Woolrich clothing that when my Beaufort coat I actually see woman paying attention to it.
I can go into any thrift store and find a couple of camel hair sports jackets for $5 or a Irish wool sweater or a Harris Tweed jacket, no takers. The only piece of clothing on my wish list is the 1951 air force parker.

I will never be cold going out now that I know how to layer.
