M'boy is off to do his DofE Silver Expedition in the new year and so is looking for a sleeping bag to ask for as a Christmas pressie as his present bag is over 2Kg!

(3 day hike / two nights wild camp / carry everything you need, including tent supplied by school, on your back)

Ideally up to around 1Kg in wieght
Prefer comfort rating down to around -4 C
Prefer shell to be ripstop / durable
Prefer below £100 (£150 absolute max)
He is 5ft 4 tall and medium build

Be pleased to hear recommendations / potential good sources if you have any opinions

Thank you

Skyhigh 800 for me... in the summer I sleep on it and if i'm caught out on a cold night i'm always warm.

If you sleep hot the 600 should be good and the price is mega bargain!
