I have been told that when I have my axe puck with me it should be in a case so dirt doesn’t get into it. Is there any websites I can find a puck case or is there a way I can make one

TIA

Mine fits neatly in a old Tupperware tub which was pretty watertight. I can't actually find it now which means a son has it squirreled away.

Previously I've used a round tobacco tin ( scratches and rusts ) and a screw top aluminium film tin which got battered quite easily.

I'm not sure about the size but what about something like the Tasmanian tiger, I think Maxpedition did one too at one stage, tobacco case

Can't say I've ever bothered. Just carried puck in cargo pocket when in the field using an axe.

I would go for a hard case as the puck material is quite brittle if it is made from the same material as oil stones. I carry some honing oil in a vintage Lee Enfield oil container. I understand you can use water as long as you only use either oil or water but not both on the puck.
