hey i was just wondering if anybody knew wot i should waterproof my mod artic parka with .

I would recomend washing with nikwax tech wash which is a non detergent soap and then waterproofing with nikwax tx-direct wash-in.You can get this stuff from any outdoor retailer ie millets ,blacks etc.this gives the fabric good water repelancy.
