I have been doing Garden Bushcraft all my life. Sounds a bit wilder and tougher than Armchair Bushcraft does it not? :)

Did some 'shedcrafting' went up to shed, fired up a stove for a brew and sausage sarnies and watched Island in the Sky on a laptop to brush up on my winter skills

No telly so been doing some book-bushcrafting while feeling crook the last couple of days.
Though I did treat myself to some Dick Proenneke films on the laptop yesterday. He did alone very well up there at Twin Lakes. Would love to see his cabin for real one day.

Sent via smoke-signal from a woodland in Scotland.

Done a fair bit of armchair bushcraft when my back has been out of sorts, gave me some great ideas and I even managed to do a bit of spoon carving while herself was at work ;)
Have to say most of my bushcraft practice comes while canoeing/sea kayaking or when away with the camper van but the skills I have learnt know no boundaries.

Rob.
