Anyone used dylon paint on fabric dye?

As above.
Ive a couple of canvas items that are far too white for me to consider using regularly.
However due to them also having leather in them I cant just bung em in a washing machine with a couple sachets of dye.
Anyone used it?
If so what sort of area coverage did you get from a pot?
How good is the colouring?

Is there another paint on option I've not considered?

I have used a dylon paint for leather and it was orrible. Poor colour and finish.
I should have thrown it away then but stupidly used it on another sheath by mistake and ruined it. Feels plasticy, yuk.
