BCUSA post says-

tearing down the old ice house (Circa 1903) this past weekend found a nice small sledge in the sawdust insulation between the walls. Labeled LOCK, solid steel, British Made 3 lb.. It's 10in. long with nice solid original handle. I tried to Google LOCK foundry England etc. for info but no luck. Also found Electrician side cutter plier (Diamalloy) on ground at landfill same day, took both wire brushed clean, BLO on sledge handle and freed up pliers with penetrating oil, both now working as new.

Tombear would be yer man for this, if he sees it; he has an extremely good knowledge of the old UK tool makers.
