Any thoughts or experiece of this smock?

I have pretty much given up getting hold of a decent gaberdine or Ventile(ish) cotton smock in olive green for less than £80.00. And I am now looking at copies. This one from the Bushcraft store seems reasonable. Does anyone have any experience of them. Apart from it not being cotton it looks pretty decent for the money.

Speak to bilmo-p5. Ian sourced OD gaberdine it's 100% wool, the real McCoy, and is happy to discuss commissions to make smocks, etc.,

It just says Ripstop. I assume it is not cotton as that would be a feature worth mentioning if it was.

Unless he is doing this from a sweat shop in China I doubt I could afford hand made kit. It would be the ideal solution though if funds allowed.

I think its polycotton judging by one of the close ups. Its very similar to the mil-tec smocks, I couldn't see the label that closely but it may be that make.

That one is actually quite good value for money i found,had one for a while but it was surplus to my requirements.
