Any experience with GS pcs smocks?

I just brought one of these in Dancam M84. The quality seems to be very good. Just 9 pockets which is about half as much as my other smocks. But who needs 17 pockets, eh? The camo is very dark in tone. The sizing on these is s,m,l,xl,xl etc i went for xl hoping it would be like my 95 desert smock and look and fit like a parka, but sadly it doesn't. Pocket sleeves i don't like very much so i may redeploy them somewhere else or completely remove them. It feels like it should be a very warm, windproof and wet proof jacket. It should negate the carrying of spare gortex jacket and pants hopefully. Does anyone have any experience of these GS jackets?

and all depends if the smock has a liner, and which kind of liner?
A GS PCS smock is never meant to be warm.
they can be very comfy, depending on the layering you combine it with.
