Another 1000th post competition

After being inspired by Raikey’s 1000th post competition, I thought I’d do something similar when I hit the milestone, and I have, so here it is.

I went to see my folks last week, and I simply want you to guess the total mileage for the round trip. To make it more interesting, I live a mile outside of a village in Scotland which houses the remains of the first Christian church in Scotland (AD 397 – ish) and my folks live in the famous Quaker town in the north east of England. I also did a few miles taking them shopping and going to see the kids up near Newcastle.

So how many miles did I do in total, plus the ages of my 3 dogs, (2 German Shorthaired Pointers and a Springer) as of today?

On offer is a used but good condition Barmah hat in size x-large

I’ll let it run till midnight on the 20th February.

The winner is the closest to the total mileage + the dog’s ages.
