I sort of kicked off my spring foraging with one of my favourite wild greens found at this time of year... hairy bittercress :D

good stuff wild greens aren't they. I can never get over the majority of little weeds that you see in paving cracks and round lamposts are some edible tasty veg. Hairy bittercress I think I have growing in a crack on my door step. There is chickweed and dandiloin on the pavement and japanese knotweed about to sprout from under fence. Foraging can be such hard work you have walk so far for a good meal :nana:
