Blimey - they don't seem that different to the Defender and you can pick those up for a much nicer price. Love my pair!

Dont know about the cheapest but if you can get to the Altberg factory i would buy direct from them, doing that means you'll be measured up properly and they can alter the boots to fit better if required.

I like my Warrior Aqua mark II but i find i wear my Grubbs Snowline action welly boots more when the conditions warrant it bad enough to wear my Altbergs instead of a pair of fell running trainers
