Just gotta say how impressed with this product i am, bought the standard size Airic as it offers a bit of padding for my back (broke my pelvis two years ago), was going for the Mini originally, but changed my mind, got the mat from Alpkit the day after i ordered it and noticed the covering was starting to lift, so a quick email and a replacement was sent FOC and with no fuss, the guys even offered to pay the return postage for the duff mat, that and the service levels means they will be getting more of my business in the future. :D

If you need a new mat, you could do a lot worse than checking Alpkit out :)

That looks like a really good price as well, any idea what the sleeping bags are like?

Sorry can't help on the bags, just got a Nanok -0 from Outdoorcode though, superb piece of kit, good price and superb service to boot, cant wait to get outside in the wilds and try it out now :)

Don't forget to use the armholes in the morning ;)

As regards the Alpkit recommendation, I quite agree and I'll add my own words to this thread:
I'd really recommend the Airic from Alpkit. I just bought one, cost me 15 quid, free delivery, very prompt, came with a panorama poster of the Highlands, very comfy, neat bag, packs small, how much more do I need to say to conince you? One very happy customer :)

I too have bought a couple, one each for me and Sarah - fantastic bits of kit and great service. wider and longer than my thermarest although seems not quite as thick, though they are both sized at 4cm - very comfortable though.

Yep, I'm another AlpKit fan. I've a few of their products, and I've been exceptionally impressed by the quality of the kit and their level of service and friendliness.
