Seasons greetings everyone i hope you all have had a wonderful year!

I've been seeking a place on the Internet and hopefully one day in reality for me to meet others with similar interests as myself, so I found myself flicking through a handful of forums on Google and came across BCUK's forum (completely over looked there was forum here when I was looking into the Bushmoot events) so finally here I am.

Please excuse me for I'm not always one with words but I'm hoping the more speak with people I'll come out my shell more

The beautiful place i like to call home is in Cambridgeshire

Here are some of my interests, what I would certainly like to Improve on and learn more about.
However I'm no means an expert but am certainly a keen learner.

Woodwork (Quite Skilled) - Knots (Basic Knowledge) - Shelter Making (Intermediate Knowledge) - Primitive Technologys and History - Tool Making (something ide love to learn) - Fishing (again something ide love to learn)


Is there many people in this area that attend any bushcraft Meets or just have a little local get together?
As ive been struggling to find much around this area.

Oh yes been scouring though the threads, there certainly some interesting topics indeed!
Funny enough come across one of your threads in the Edged Tools section with a video from TA Outdoors, that was a quite a decent multitool, just a little pricey i think though haha.

I'll be dropping a topic there at some point as ive had a little search of the forum and can't find nothing of what im looking for, so will definitely be interesting to get other people's opinions.
