I would imagine if anybody had an Alan Wood Woodlore knife in mint condition for sale, they would be looking at selling it for around £700-£800. This post shows the anniversary addition made by S.W.C. for £450 (New). Same spec same materials.

Or you could ask someone to make you a Woodlore clone (same materials) for less than half that again.
But if it's an Alan Wood one that you want, then why not ?

You could always contact Alan via his web site to see what he's got. Maybe no Woodlore's, but see what else he has. I got a 'Mybush' model from Alan early this year, very similar to a woodie but with a slightly longer handle, to say I'm impressed is an understatement. I absolutely love it, fits my hand perfectly and is a pleasure to use, eventually it will be handed on to my son.
