The day I'm entirely happy with a spoon will be the day I carve my last spoon. There is always something that could have been better. That's what learning is about. :)

That is exactly what I have said to myself, and more than a hundred spoons later there seems no end in sight. I like this one though. It needs a large pot of chili to sit in.

Mike you know the other half of the piece of log your spoon come out of, I have started a carving a spoon out of it I am trying something new with it. Will post pic's when it is done also I should have a pic of the spoon I started with you to post soon.
