I thought so too Tony ,The skillet he done looked brand new when it comes out and no elbow grease used at all .I often wondered when cleaning rusty cast iron you can only clean whats on the surface not in the pores.

Electrolysis is used by the stovies to clean up old Optimus 111 and 8R stove tins - works a treat.

'Tis a nice find, that's just the sort of thing I've been looking for. Assuming I don't stumble across one in a hedge somewhere, does anyone know where I might be able to buy one?
