A light dusting of snow

So here in glen Lyon there has been a light dusting of snow on the higher ground, will try to get a photo once/if the cloud lifts.

Snow is forecast for the tops today, I can't comment on my locale as I can't see any tops due to the low miserable cloud. There's still a little heat in the stove from last night but I can feel the house cooling so I'm just one cup of coffee off relighting it I reckon.

Last night was thunder and lightning now torrential downpour, blowing a hoolie and 9dec c outside. Orrible.

No snow on the peeks here yet.
But then again it was 15 degrees C this morning.

Warm and wet autumn down here as well. Lowest night temp I have logged so far is 4'C. Don't think we will have any frostnight for another month or so. Theres no smell of frost in the air yet.

Had hail in a sudden burst briefly today. Difficult to judge the temperatures as it is blowing strongly here.
