Seems a bit strange carrying this http://www.leatherman.com/products/product.asp?id=14&f=6&c=1 without a blade.
Still banned for prison use though as it has scissors on it

Nice to be able to 'design' your own SAK. What diameter are the pins/rivets and do they vary from one model to the other?

I would prefere to just carry the knife anyway but be descrete in its usage.
