A few hours ago it started to snow really hard, so I did what any self respecting person would do - Took my son to our local country park!
Whilst there Mini-Me went in the shop so I followed and found one of the guides listed in the title. Heres what the mammal Society say about it ...
The guide is about 25cm x 16cm folded but opens out concertina style and holds a lot of info, including life size images of tracks and droppings.
Below is a link to The Mammal Society website for those that may be interested ...

Mini-Me was hoping that the snow would stick so that we could off and put the guide into practice, sadly it melted so we went to the cafe instead!

A laminated guide that covers the identification of all the field signs that mammals leave behind, footprints, droppings, nests, burrows and feeding remains. It includes a useful table showing which field signs can be reliably used to identify species.
