Yesterday, after two years of attempting to sort it, I brought home my Tikka T3 in .243 with a Scmidt and Bender scope on top. I have stalked a fair few times but always with my friends rifles. It's great to have my own.

To say I am happy is an understatement. I have loads of stalking booked and plan to ram my freezer with as much as I can.

Local chaps - expect to see Venison in the Trades section!!

Took ages to save and get letters. It's one thing when the land owner says 'Take a friend' it's another to get written authorisation.

Speyside in October but hopefully a few in Wilts before then.
