A candle holder

Here's a candle holder I carved using a set of scarily sharp chisels and gouges given to me by a very nice woodcarver called Ted Summerhayes.

It's made of Leylandii, sanded, and oiled with Danish oil.

Thats cracking.

Looks like its a wooden pebble.

That was the idea. If I'd had some larger chisels I'd have made the corners more rounded.
It was my dad's birthday present
