68 Pattern DPM jacket,How does the hood sizing work ? ...

I have a size 5 example of one of these jackets which I'm in the process of modding,but would like to add an original hood [To be sewn on as part of the mods].

I'm guessing that the hood sizing does'nt tally with the jacket sizing.I think the medium size I need might be something like a ''2'',working on the assumption that a Small would be ''1'',a Medium ''2''etc.

Can anyone clear this up for me ?.
On the other hand,is there anyone who can point me in the direction of a supplier for the correct size,let alone have a spare in good condition ?.

Hoods are usually on ebay..i think i might have a spare..if i can find it!Its unissued/new old stock.
