"used several times a day" meaning you have a lot of tea breaks. (Lucky begger)
"Has a fire element connected to it" How else do you heat water for a brew other than by electric kettle?

A Monacle? Not quite a magnifying glass so don't regard it as such.
Roll of plasters for minor burn injuries? (You do a lot of welding perhaps?)
Pedometer (thing that guages how far you've walked in the blazing hot sunshine?)
A very flat Mr Man that melted?
A oddly shaped MP3 player with only enough memory for one song on it and that's this one. See pic:-
Coiled headphones for the above MP3 player?
Coaster holder for your hot mug cos' you don't want to get coffee rings on your workbench?
Deflated tennis ball?
Lens cap holder for using the digital camera and you don't want to lose the cap so it goes in there when you shoot .i.e. fire at your desired target.

It is not capable of lighting a fire, but it has a fire related element to it. It's definitely not un-guessable though.
I'll put you all out of your mysery tomorrow as someone has actually guessed right already.
