Does anyone know where I can source a 2.5 litre cast iron dutch oven. I already have the standard 4 Litre for making meals but now looking to add something smaller to use for breadmaking

But for bread making it doesn't seem to have a rim to hold the coals on the lid with, in fact it looks as if it's domed. Was looking meself but can't find anything under 4ltr with a rim. I'd use that for bread making, it's amazing how much the loaf expands :)

very true, but I have not seen any other ones about with a rimed flat top, I have cooked bread in a DO with out coals on the top before, with no problem. you could make a rim from a bit of steel in a circle if one is realy needed

You can adapt a Dutch oven without the rim to hold coals by fashioning a ring out of foil and placing on the lid.
