Hi Robbi,
does depend on the stove, on a coleman F1 they last about 50 mins...but on a optimus crux about 25 mins on full power which you dont really need to use all the time.
I have used one for brews and meals on a weekend camp and plenty left over
Hope this helps
regards
stu

looking to use it on a Crux folding stove, sound like it would be ok for a light weekend as not on full power. Or should i take 2 ? or even go for the 220 g cannister ?

Go for the 220g they work a bit better when its cold and will be more than enough for your weekend

If yor not having to carry it for long periods get the 500g ones they fit inside the 12cm zebra can ,and seem to run better in cold weather and are far better value

i have the Higear 3 piece cookset and the 220g one just about fits inside with the Cruc stove as well, don't want to go too big as i have limited space etc and i need room for food and water ( it bugs me having to carry 2L of water...space and weight is a pain )
