Hi all , a few weeks ago I bought a 10" aluminium Dutch oven, I'd been after one for ages but as I have a 12" model I really didn't want to spend the money on something so similar, so glad I did! It's quite different to the 12" model although they are the same make (gsi Outdoors). Main differences are apart from the size and weight are, no legs on the 10 and it's anodised , the 12 is not.
On its first outing it cooked cowboy potatoes (fry onions and bacon bits first then add sliced potatoes, sausage meat and herbs/seasoning then cover and bake until cooked) and a supermarket brownie mix . Second outing I cooked a walnut and sultana cake, this is £80 I really don't regret spending! No seasoning the pan either which is a good thing. Thanks to the forum for my Cotswold discount code aswell.
Here's a few pictures.
