    Hi guys, ive just collected a few of these and got a recipe. It mentions that the syrup only keeps 'a few days' once opened, any idea how long it will last? could this be improved by adding a campden tablet? cheers.

    Ok, thanks to everyone who helped me with the knife blanks, im now thinking of the handle and quite fancy putting antler onto it. Does anyone know what time of year deers lose their antlers? Does it matter which species they are? or where abouts in the country i am? Thanks
