    Lousewort tends to be found on heathland areas/acidic soils. It grows on the ground and is normally just a single plant about an inch high.

    Bush Sauna!

    We did this on the Woodsmoke woodlander course, it was great, the best thing was we were next to a clean and cold tarn that we jumped into after. This was like getting high in a completely new way ;) , my skin was ecstatic. I would recommend it!
