What grease do you fry in?

I use goosefat, duckfat or pork lard or butter. For the moment I have 1 can (350g) of duck fat and 5 cans (1500ml) of mangalitza pork lard in my larder. And a stick (200g) of butter in the fridge. I almost never use any oils for frying. Pork lard is best, potatoes fried in lard taste like heaven.

    Dish washing in UK.

Please tell me this isn´t true! Saw a video where a person washing dishes said in UK you don´t rinse dishes in clean water after washing in soapwater. In that case without rinsing all the food will taste of soap!

    Meatloaf (food).

Saw a video on youtube where a british man living in USA said he had never heard of meatloaf until moving to USA. Is it really so, you don´t make meatloaf in the UK? Here in Fennoscandia it is a common dish. Basicly same ingredients as in meatballs but in a different form. Meatloaf.
