As a maker of using knives reviews like that are a dream come true, thank you for it Nightfly, your trip looks spectacular... The knife will, as you know, be seeing further use and it will get further review, there's a fella lined up after JonD who will be using it for differing tasks, all good...

ged is quite right, the edges (Tang, Spine and Choil area) are all bright polished with the corners ever so slightly knocked off, as a maker I'd rather see this than the fire steel prep'd spine...

Nice Lee, tidy, no reflection on your bit but the part I don't (slightly) get is the fire steel, the knife won't work one, I'm sure the commissioner had his reasons though...

Nope, not mine that one... I don't recall Mr Marsh ever using such a mark either, but, could the SM actually be MS, Mick Spain has, I think, used such a marking....

Got a few photos today as shaping started, it was all epoxied up yesterday and left overnight.... And then, par for course, I reach a point where photos go out of the window, I get so caught up in the progress that I just forget, except for changing belts/tools and wheels I don't...

It's not finished yet mate, it's just heading up for a 'fitting', to make sure it fits as Mr Trunks wants it to....
