As I recall (and I'm a bit foggy on the details) a company took images someone had posted on BCUK and used them on their website without permission.
The member who owned the images managed to get compensation from the company.

I've got the tarp, and it's a fantastic setup.
It comes with poles, guylines, two sets of pegs, and a decent stuff sack.
I've used it plenty of times without hassle.
For that kind of price it's certainly worth having.
Try getting some of the big plastic straws from coffee shops and stuffing them with cotton wool/vasaline.
Melt the ends shut, you have waterproof storage that can be cut to length for storage in kits.
Cut it open and spark it.
The plastic straw burns hot too as an extra bonus.
I prefer my Ventile smock, it's got a nice long zip, and I've never felt I needed more ventilation.
The plus side of the smock for me, is that they generally have a tunnel front pocket so I can get access to stuff with either hand.
