I think I have the b version of this stove. It has two tubes under the burner.
Does any one use one and what fuel is recommended. I am reading various things and people or some seem wary of using petrol/ white gas but stick with paraffin even though the b version is designed for petrol etc...
Any recommendations please ? It’s my next purchase I think plus I can use at home in oven as well as camping. For 2 people so thinking 1,2 litres ? I need to get measuring jug out so I can picture a litre. Need to lug it a few miles. Ideally want a lid with a lip round top.

Hi yes have a dryer. It’s spread in the van at the moment until we get back after Christmas. It’s giving it an interesting aroma. Once we back will bath it with some down soap then pop in dryer. Fingers crossed it revives it and smell improves or it will be bin job :(

They seem to be big military item but again how do they manage obstacles heavy cover etc. I see the benefits of keeping pack dry. Ideal for that and shelter. But once you hit woods or have to climb over stuff

Thanks for the comments good to know. The poncho arrived today. Perfect condition as new really from highland army surplus . Very pleased great service. Rarely see on eBay now. I may stick a liner on my list for future
