If you’re looking for lightweight, I’d look to Salomon, Arcteryx or Scarpa. I’d say Salomon definitely have a tendency to run narrow. You can’t go wrong with any of them, though Arcteryx gets my vote.

Found out that they do, only they call it the “Park Pack”. It’s not cheap either!

They offer very little from a nutritional standpoint. Low in calories, very little protein, zero fat and low carb too. They’ll fill an empty stomach, but you won’t be surviving on them if you’re running a calorie deficit.
