Hi everyone
New member here. Im Frazmotic, amespeptic and even compuntuious to have caused such pericombobulation... if you get that, youre probably a black adder nerd like me lol.
I was on EM for a long while as BigAl and thought id check things out over here. Looks great so far.
Im based not far from Liverpool and really enjoy wood carving. I'll put some pics of my stuff up soon. Im no expert but have been carving for about 18 months and find it very cathartic.
I started off as a knife collector and I still am to a point, but the knives I want are so bleeding expensive lol noone is convincing me a VG10 delica is worth £100+ lol. However I am enjoying investing into wood carving hand tools. I've picked up bevercraft, narex, stubai (an absolute bargain from amazon) and a flexcut trijack (what an absolute belter). My knife collection ranges from ZT, benchmade and spyderco to mora, case and kershaw amongst others.
That's a little bit about me and im looking forward to getting to know you all better and see if there are any wood carvers out there that I can chat to and learn from.
Have a good one and enjoy the sunshine.
Cheers
