    thats true because balsa is a very fast growing hardwood and oak grows slowly but is vary hard to cut. it all depends on the distance between the grain or growth rings.

    Origami cookware :eek: that won't work its not burning you've got to worry about but the paper becoming soden and spliting both spilling your food and putting out your fire, desasterr waiting to happen

    I think that they just set up the site. They are fantasic they save so much space in your pack which you can use for food. mmmm food :)

    i tryed making a short bow out of birch "i think" and i got the same little ripples and a little drop in power but there wasen't much flexiblity or pwer to start with how would i improove this stovie or anyone?

    its true i saw this novel idea on the program "dragons den" what it basicly is a set of plastic trays that are creased so that they fold into, cups, mugs, plates and bowls. they all fold dwn to less than 6mm, their fantatic. have a look for yourself: www.orikaso.com

    rabbit stick

    I got a mouse with one, although i was aiming for a different target. when you get used to them the are acctually quite effective, the secrect is to not use all your power as the force can divert it slightly.
