Well I read the posting by Jojo... and I'm still none the wiser and know this will haunt me until the day I die or increase my IQ by consuming gallons of fish oil to upgrade myself so I understand it.

Like biker, and despite that brilliant explanation from jojo, i still don't get it. Not going to look at it today as it will only make my head even fuzzier.

It's not me who worked it out, just Googled it!
I think what's happening is that the figures all loose a small amount of height each and wthey all get added together to make a 13th figure. I think they are all shorter by 1/12th and the 12 1/12th make up the thirtenth figure, because they are quit small anyway you can't really see the difference in heights betwenn the twelve figures and the 13th figures.....

I can understand the theory of making twelve men smaller and creating a 13th out of the bits but how does it happen in front of my eyes without me seeing it???
