Ok it's a chap who I've spoken to in the past who runs long bow making courses so I guess he wants them for that. I think that£30 is about right but obviously buying 30 he's trying to get them as cheap as he can.

Hi.
Ignoring the fact that many posters seem to feel the answer needs to com from within this site (not just on this question), and also ignoring any 'specialist tool makers' , just simply pop along to your local independent tool shop, and you will be be able to choose from many models. Most tool shops will also be very flexible on their prices, and will happily match or beat any you can show them from other stores/companies.

A draw knife is a draw knife basically (if we are talking reputable brands/suppliers) and by visiting a 'specialist' you will simply be paying more.
When equipping a workshop, I saved £15.000 by ignoring 'bushcraft' or 'specialist' suppliers, and then saved a further £2500 by haggling with a local tool shop owner (over and above his 'published' prices).
