Hi all,
today I received this knife for a recent trade I done, Burlwood Drop Point Hunter by KSR Blades.
Specs:
Maple Handle with Mosaic Pin and Stainless Steel Guard
Forged Blade 1075 Steel Clay Quenched with Subtle Hamon Line
OAL 250 mm
BLADE LENGHT 120 mm
BLADE THICK 4 mm
BLADE WIDTH 29 mm
Construction Hidden tang
The handle is really confortable, at least for me (big hands). The Hidden tang construction allows a total weight of 170 grams, and the knife is balanced exactly on the steel guard. The Hamon line is cool to see, need to try if this will really help on edge retention, will see. Good work on the guard, its well rounded, well molded. Weldings are really goods to see.
All in all a nice addiction, now its time for a new sheath, Ill start right this evening 
Ciao,
Alfredo
