Aye up .
The time has come to get rid of some of the superfluous sharps in this house.
First up , needs no real introduction but here's the blurb for the nerdy ones:
https://www.raymears.com/Bushcraft_Product/814-Gransfors-Bruks-Ray-Mears-Wilderness-Axe/
Bought this 2015 and it's a beautifully crafted axe and really nice to use.
A little difficult to part with , but needs must .
This is made by LP himself.
It has a 20 year warranty, comes with the original sheath , booklet and warranty. I'll throw in the puck too.
Its been used only a handful of times.
I've since sharpened it with the Gransfors puk, and it's razor sharp, no dings , no rust and the curly scratches on the edge is from sharpening, but easily removed with finer honing.
It's had Camellia oil on the blade and BLO on the helve.
New , this axe with the puck will cost over £150.
I'm looking for £100 posted
Next is a polar blade , stick tang with antler handle , 60mm carbon steel edge , 3 mm thick total length 155mm
Comes with a molded leather dangler sheath and some coyote tan paracord plait .
I'd like £20 for it posted to your door.
Then theres a brute .
410mm overall, 260 blade, 4mm thick
Carbon steel.
Not sure who made it as i got it in a bulk buy or trade ages ago
Haven't used it at all , but it's damn sharp and it's had a coat of Camellia oil on the blade and BLO on the handle.
I'd like £30 for it , posted to your door.
(There's someone here who had expressed interest on this one , but i cant remember for the life of me who that was....Sorry bud)
Next is a antler handled blade
75mm long blade , 3mm thick , aprox 170mm overall.
It comes with a molded leather dangler sheath .
I'd like £20 for it
And last but not least ..
Tiny .
Tiny is a lock folder , marked
"Crosscut stainless steel ".
The blade is 60mm long , 125mm overall .
Strong spring and it also has a leather sheath/pouch thing. With a belt loop and a popper thingymajig .
I'd like a £10 for that posted to your door.
Available only for over 18's
I will need to see proof of I.D. please .
Thank you all for looking !
