Is "preparedness" a state of mind?

Covid certainly changed folks thinking.

And I think communities got closer.

My village, which is very community oriented, (you would have to go far to find a village like it) has done things like open a cafe (very well attended) with a community shelf and fridge. We share all sorts of stuff.
 
Royal Marines use chinooks all the time, get loads of them around Plymouth, Chivenor and the South in general. Some are piloted by Royal Marines pilots. Plus of course there are loads of training areas around those parts. They're cool machines, especially given how old they are. Been on plenty of them and the pilots/crew are quite impressive.
